Cancellation Policy

24+ Hours Notice

If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no fee will be charged.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice or No Show

If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, we will charge 100% of the service price to cover the costs of reserving time, staffing, and resources specifically for your booking.

Appointment Confirmation

A confirmation message will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please confirm or reschedule within 24 hours of receiving the message. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible to avoid the cancellation fee.

To streamline the booking process and future payments, we require credit card details at the time of booking. This allows us to securely reserve your appointment and process payments through our contactless system. Rest assured, your details are kept secure.
